✨Keep your mind busy.

✨Make time for your hobbies.

✨See a psychologist .

✨Talk to a family member or friend about your feelings .

✨Sleeps 8 hours a day (no more. no less).


What to do during an anxiety attack?

✨Inhale and exhale.

✨Cry if you need to.

✨Go and get some fresh air.

✨Call someone you trust and tell them how you feel (if you want). 


What NOT to do during an anxiety attack:

✨Don't give up.

✨Don't keep your feelings to yourself.


💜Remember: you are bigger than your fears.
